As a food manufacturer, we are required to indicate certain allergens (according to the Food Information Regulation, Annex II) on the label. This can be done by naming the allergen specifically or placing it in parentheses after the ingredient. For products manufactured from December 2014 onwards, these allergens are additionally highlighted in italics. We have compiled information about our ingredients under "Ingredients, easily explained."
